Interventions

Group 1: Test success rate of retrograde access angioplasty of infrainguinal arteries of the lower limb with survey via angiography and its patency rates

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with critical limb ischemia in whom : 1-Unfavorable antegrade access angioplasty. 2-Failed antegrade access angioplasty. 3-Complicated antegrade access angioplasty. 4- Failed to establish in-line flow to the angiosome with ischemic tissue changes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any contraindication for Percutaneous angioplasty.

Measure	Time frame
Improved ABI ( ankle-brachial index) using hand-held doppler and amputation free survival follow up will be at 1 month, 3 month, 6 month by measuring ABI and Dupplex ultrasound	—
