Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -knee replacement -Operative access: Vastus access -Age: 18-75 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Chronic pain syndrome, -Known psychiatric disorder, -Known to be a cardiovascular disease. system that leads to restrictions in the the ability to work under pressure, -Known dementia, -Known drug abuse, -Intraoperative or postoperative Complications that affect the function or Restrict load-bearing capacity (e. g. haemodynamically relevant haemorrhage, circulatory or respiratory complications)

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
There are not many studies available that compare NFK vs. Compare LIA. If the LIA method proves beneficial, patient mobilization could be improved and costs reduced.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Other goals include the collection of pain relief, documentation of the frequency of complications of their healing process, as well as the evaluation of the need for the use of oral painkillers and their side effects.
