Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Voluntariness; written confirmed consent; adequate knowledge of German language; 18 years of age, = 7 days stay on ICU incl. at least 3 days ventilation during the last ten years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: < 18 years; withdrawal of agreement; employees of the researching medic, or the facility which is participating in this clinical research or other studies; simultaneous participation in an AMG-study; CCM: opthalmic surgery within the last 3 months, MRI: metal implantans, QST: skin disorder in area of investigation.
