Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients with a diagnosed elapsing-remitting or secondary progressive MS

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with primary progressive MS will be excluded. patients with a psychiatric disorder diffenrent from MS will be excluded. patients who take psychostimulants like Modafinil or Pemolin will be excluded, if it ist not possible to abstain on the examination day. Patients will a recent elapse within the last 4 weeks will be excluded and patients should not take cortisol.
