Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - healthy, competent men and women aged 18-35 years - stable weight since min. 6 months (±3 kg), BMI 18,5-25 kg/m2 - endurance athlete since min. 6 months, who trains 3 to 5 times a week - same nutritional diet since 6 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - acute febrile infections - severe chronic diseases (cancer, diabetes type 1, manifest cardiovascular disease, renal insufficiency, liver disease) - chronic diseases of the gastrointestinal tract (ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, pancreatic insufficiency) - Nutrient intolerances (eg celiac disease, lactose intolerance) - known endocrine and immunological disorders - regular intake of laxatives - addiction to alcohol/drugs - any illness which, at the discretion of the doctor, excludes any physical strain - non-consentable subjects - participation in another clinical trial or participation within the past 30 days
