Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Status post proximal humeral fracture. Status post implantation of a humeral shoulder prosthesis (indication due to the fact that the proximal humerus was fractured). Status post revisionarthoplasty by replacing the anatomical shoulderprothsesis with a reversed prosthesis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Omarthosis given as the main indication for implanting a reversed shoulder prosthesis - rheumatoid arthritis - dimentia respectively patients that are incapacitated

Primary

MeasureTime frame
pain (mesured by showing the patients a visual analogue scale, wich is contained in both the form used to calculate the ASES-score and the Constant-shoulder-score)

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
strength, mobility and function of both of the patient's shoulders evaluated by use of the ASES- und the Constant-shoulder-score
