Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Prospective part: 1) Patient that are waiting for an living kidney donation in the University Clinic of Cologne 2) the participiants must have German as mother tongue or must be equipped with adequate german language skills incl. adequate comprehension of the German language and the capability to read. 3) at least 18 years old 4) informed consent is written down (happens after the participiants get information over the study) B. retrospective part of the study: living kidney receiver over 18 years of the past 5 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) under 18 years old 2) non-elective patients, on whom it is impossible to do a pre-stationary survey, because of organisational difficulties

| The SIPAT questionnaire is conducted to assess the psychosocial evaluation and the psychosocial risk factors in a potentially organ Transplantate Receiver in order to predict medical and psychosocial outcomes after transplantation. The outcomes of the SIPAT are going to be correlated with nephrological Routine data. For that the German Version is examied at patients,it is going to be checked on its understandability. The check is conduct through 10 pre-tests with psychotherapists from the University Clinic. | — |
