Interventions

Group 1: In Children planned for an abdominal surgery which get additiv an regional anesthesia for pain therapy. We will measure the local anesthetic spread with an 3 D ultrasound.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: children with abdominal surgerys and additional indication for a regional anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: refusal of the guardian, contraindication for regional anesthesia
