Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients with PMiCMP from the outpatient clinic (pacing rate over 40% as well as worsening of LV-EF below 35% or below 40% from dyspneoe NYHA II after exclusion other causes)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Rejection of the patient, minor or supervised patients
