Group 1: Patients with weekly training units (1.5 hours) in the dragon boat (pink paddling) during the period of May until October Group 2: Patients after breast cancer without sports activity

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Declaration of consent - Patients after breast cancer Stage M0 - Patients undergoing a mammary carcinoma-type operation, including radiotherapy and / or system therapy appropriate for the stage - The date of surgery must be at least 1 year after admission

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Contraindications against rehabilitation sports - Unable to swim - Pregnancy

Health-related quality of life (QoL) Measurments at the beginning and at the end of the season (May-October) via the questionnaires SF-36 and EORTC QLQ-C30

MeasureTime frame
Effect of paddling on lymphedema. Before and after each training session the arm circumference is measured at 4 defined points.
