Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| The first measurement point in time is arranged according to each institution's schedule. Participants may have participated in the program for longer periods of time already (accordingly, the duration of participation may vary between some weeks and some years). Number and severity of falls recorded at the second measurement point (6 months after the first measurement point). Both primary outcomes are self-reported by participants of the program in a questionnaire asking for the number and severity of falls within the last 6 months using the falls Grading Scale.
