Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participation in half-marathon Heidelberg 2017, written informed consent, finishing the half-marathon

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: factors, that prevent the participation in the half Marathon Heidelberg 2017, participation in another study, infectious viral diseases, preexisting renal failure, preexisting autoimmune-diseases, medicamentous immunosuppression

Before and after the half marathon Analysis of the impact on epigenetic mechanisms at the Level of cellular Regulation with the help of blood withdrawal, epigenetic analyses and PCR

MeasureTime frame
Changes of cellular markers and Mediators with the help of blood withdrawal, ELISA- and FACS-analyses
