Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Laparoscopy BMI between 25-30 > 65 years informed and written consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Impossibility of informed and written consent, < 65 years, Cardiac arrhythmia, Catecholamine therapy is necessary or where peridural catheter is running during the measurement, Patients who have a disposition for malignant hyperthermia, Contraindication for arterial catheter.

Is there a reduction of cardiac stress (Cardiac output, stroke volume, stroke volumen variance) in the low pressure group using an arterial catheter and the FloTrac® and Vigeleo® System for minimal invasive investigation during laparoscopic surgery?
