Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Protective young athletes aged between 18 and 40 years, who have no acute symptoms of the spine and the extremities

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Sportswomen, musculoskeletal symptoms, fever, acute infections, blood pressure medications, spine fractures, pelvis <12 months, cardiac, neurological, peripheral vascular disease, thrombosis.

Annual survey of injury by means of the questionnaire of Theisen et al. (2007) over a period of five years: frequency of injury, type of injury, localization of injuries. Sports: young athletes who play in team sports such as football, ice hockey, (uni-) hockey, volleyball, basketball, handball

1) Muscle strength of the lower extremity: rate of force development is measured by means of plyometric jumps with an acceleration measuring device Myotest Sport (Myotest SA, Sion, Switzerland) = rate of force development in kN / m, step height in cm, ground contact time in ms 2) Muscle strength of the upper extremity: The sportsman should perform push-ups as many as possible within 60 seconds (Bös et al., 2004). Starting position: the abdomen position and the hands touching the buttocks. The hands behind the back are released, and placed next to the shoulders. The athlete presses off the ground until the arms are stretched and the body is loosened from the ground. Then one hand is released from the ground and touches the other hand. A hollow crust is to be avoided. Then the arms are flexed until the body is taken back to the initial position. Secondary outcome variables: dynamic muscular endurance in number of repetitions. 3) The trunk muscular strength will be assed by the Swiss OlympicPerformance Diagnostics Force" manual. , according to the "basic force test". Swiss Olympic observes the anterior, lateral and posterior (rear) trunk muscle chain. 4) Endurance is measured with the Yo-Yo Intermediate Recovery Method (Krustrup et al., 2003). 5) Speed is measured with a sprint over 10 meters. 6) KinAnthropometric survey is carried out according to the guidelines of the International Society for the Advancement of KinAnthropometry (ISAK). The following skin folds are measured: biceps, triceps, subscapularis, supraspinal and calf (Skinfold Caliper, Harpenden, USA). The condyle width of the femur and humerus are recorded with the Bone Caliper (Rosscraft, Canada) (Carter, 1975).
