Group 1: Group 1: Patients will be informed that although placebos contain no medication, placebo effects may still be powerful. For example, the body may automatically respond to taking placebo pills

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: medically diagnosed allergic rhinitis, taking medication for allergic rhinitis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: diabetes, pregnancy, psychiatric or neurological diseases
