Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All patients over the age of 18, who presented with a difficult airway during the induction of anaesthesia and were handed an anaesthesia problem card. Written consent is required.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Missing consent form, Age under 18, prexisting mental/memory disorder, dementia, language barrier, no telephone.
