Interventions

Group 1: Palliative care patients discharged from a palliative ward to home care will be interrogated regarding several aspects of their care using a newly developed questionnaire.

18 Years to 110 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Palliative care in a palliative ward over at least 1 week 2. Planned discharge into home care, not a hospice 3. Informed consent 4. No limitations regarding age, diagnosis or residency
