Group 1: Studydesign: prospective explorative single arm pilot trial 6 SAPV Teams get equipped with a mobile telesystem. In any time the opportunity is given to ask an expert in neuropalliative care

To assess the feasibility of the system and to evaluate the impact of advanced neurological supervision Videoconference possible J/N Quality of Video NRS 1-5 neurological consultation feasable with the used technical device J/N

A qualitative assessment using in depth interviews and questionnaires to identify further needs of unit of care and the SAPV teams
