Group 1: Group A - Intervention:
Ice hockey players in group A exercise with an ems-device for 12 weeks once a week for each 20 min according to a training-schedule (whole body training).

Inclusion criteria: male, ice hockey player, no contraindication for EMS-training or high intensive interval training
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: female, other sport, contraindication for EMS-training or high intensive interval training
