Group 1: Group A - Intervention: Ice hockey players in group A exercise with an ems-device for 12 weeks once a week for each 20 min according to a training-schedule (whole body training). Measurements

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: male, ice hockey player, no contraindication for EMS-training or high intensive interval training

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: female, other sport, contraindication for EMS-training or high intensive interval training

The following 4 variables are to be considered as equal primary outcome points and are assessed in a beginning-, mid-, end- and follow up measurement after 0,6,12,16 weeks. 10m-sprint-time: photo sensor; Shot speed in a slap shot: radar unit; Max. force of knee extensores in a CounterMovementJump: LeonardoMechanography Jump Plate; Maximum torque of the leg at 300°s-1: IsoMed2000; Moreover we assess the subjective well-being and performance with a questionnaire; start and end of particular study arm
