Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Capable of pulling oral cavity with sunflower seed oil and 0.9% NaCl for 15 minutes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Not able to pull oral cavity with sunflower seed oil and 0.9% NaCl for 15 minutes.

Final aim is the potential reduction of the oral microbiome due to oil pulling. In the case of oil pulling parameters will be analyzed on three consecutive days. The same procedure will be conducted with the control of 0.9% NaCl. The analysis of parameters (amount and kind of bacteria of the oral microbiome) will be deterimed using culture of bacteria and next-generation sequencing and bioinformatics.	—
