Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: whipple procedure and reconstruction according to Billroth-II or Roux-en-Y during 2004-2015

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: pylorus preserving pancreatoduodenectomy, former gastrectomy

Frequency and severity of delayed gastric emptying according to the International Study Group of Pancreatic Surgery (ISGPS) definition during the hospital stay and readmission.

Other postoperative complications according to the Dindo-Clavien classification , surgical complications (PPH accoridng to ISGPS, PF according to ISGPS, SSI, other) during the hospital stay.
