Interventions

Group 1: Preventive group with BMI between 30 kg / m². Boxing training with a total of 19 training sessions (45 min each) twice a week. Training unit includes: warm-up (including bandaging the hands)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female, between 18 and 40 years old, with a BMI> 30 kg / m² (rehabilitative group) or a BMI of <30 kg / m² (preventive group, control group) who speak the German language in words and pictures and sign the consent declaration.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women and women with severe somatic disorders
