12 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -feeling of giving away -acute sprain at least 3 months ago -positive anterior drawer test -conservative management (bandage, functional training) failed -12-60 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -neurological deficit -attendant tendon tears around the ankle or lower leg -malalignment of the hindfoot

Design outcomes

MeasureTime frame
Outcome measured with AOFAS hindfoot ankle score and Karlsson Peterson score - 1 year postoperative

Pain - Visuelle Analog Skala (VAS) Return to Work Return to Sports 1 year after surgery
