Group 1: Arm 1 - After-Treatment after ACL Ruptur without any orthesis Group 2: Arm 2 - Controll - After ACLR the participants are wearing a knee-stabilizing hard-brace for 6 weeks.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: isolated first rupture of anterior cruciate Ligament, normal bodyweight (BMI <35), Age between 18 and 60

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: multiple Ligament injury, previous Ligament Operation, gonarthrosis, cartilage replacement, meniscus tear
