Group 1: Children aged 0-18 yrs will with end-stage liver disease who are undergoing liver transplantation will receive blood sampling once before Transplantation and at 1,2,3 and 4 weeks and 3,6, and

Inclusion criteria: Liver transplantation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: severe comorbidity that prevents compliance with therapy or study investigations

Primary

Measure	Time frame
Primary target is the change in immune markers (cytokine profiles, chemokine profiles, immune cell populations) in relation to time. To evaluate change in markers over time, a multivariable finite mixture model of trajectories will be used.	—

Secondary

Measure	Time frame
Secondary target is the Change in immune markers in relation to clinical course, i.e. the occurence of rejection.	—
