Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pressure Ulcus 3. or 4. degree: Location sacrum, ischiadicum, trochanter Age at surgery >=18 years spinal cord injury surgery at BG Trauma Center Murnau between 2010 - 2015 written consent
