Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with indications for treatment of degenerative or proliferative maculopathy at the Centre for Ophthalmology , which also carry out the follow-up for recurrence detection at the site as well as willingness and consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Physical or mental conditions which make the investigation for the patient appear unreasonable ( for example, severe dementia , severe immobility , limitation of movement in the cervical spine )

Measurement of retinal thickness with optical coherence tomography (OCT) in micrometers on day 14, 21, 28 and 42 after intravitreal injection

Identification of recurring CNV activity as identification of early recurrences by signs of activity in the OCT (subretinal fluid, intraretinal edema)
