Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Employment, rehabilitants in the WeB-Reha procedure, existence of a professional problem situation, size of company > 50 employees, rehabilitants of the DRV Rheinland and DRV Rheinland-Pfalz
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Independency, retirement pension within the coming 12 months, missing linguistic proficiency, patients in follow-up Treatment after surgery
