Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed by a neurologist according to IHS criteria, minimum of 5 headache days per month, pain medication on less than 10 days per month
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: a second headache diagnosis, psychological and psychiatric disease, neurological, rheumatological, systemic disease, cannot understand German

| The headache days in the month are recorded. A diary calendar is sent to the subjects and returned to us after a full month and evaluated. A month of diary guidance is collected before the training. The calendar is maintained until at least one month after the last training date. | — |
