Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The patients should suffer from a mental disorder and are in institutions of community-based housing and day care. Furthermore, they are insured by the AOK Bavaria and the need to improve the nutritional and physical activity behaviour exists.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with insufficient linguistic and intellectual abilities are excluded. Patients with alcohol addiction are not allowed to participate in the study.
