Inclusion criteria: German-speaking, age between 18 and 65, member of the rehabilitation team

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: not German-speaking, not member of the rehabilitation team, age <18 years

Teamwork, measured by a questionnaire before and after the training (i.e. questionnaire on teamwork by Kauffeld)

MeasureTime frame
mechanisms of change of the training, measured by qualitative interviews with the trainers, the team and the team members. Analyzed by qualitative content analysis.
