Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Oral Hygiene: QHI>0, PBI>2, Unregular/no use of dental floss, Rx diagnostics: BW<RD2, no periodontal disease (PSI<3), good motivation and interest in oral Hygiene, no systemic diseases, which influence gingival inflammation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: open cavities, periodontal diseases (PSI>3), Smoking >10 cigarettes/day, systemic diseases and/or medication, which influence gingival inflammation
