Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Stroke, Pat >= 18 years, written consent of the patient or written consent of the legal representative or relative is available

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criterion is the inclusion of the patient in an acute intervention / AMG study in order to monitor the natural course of cardiovascular diseases as well as comorbidities. Patients who were initially diagnosed with a stroke but who were subsequently diagnosed with a different diagnosis.

Prevalence of systolic dysfunction in ischemic stroke patients with heart failure after ischemic stroke and identification of factors associated with the prevalence of cardiac insufficiency in acute stroke patients. Description of the natural course of heart failure over 6 months and identification of factors influencing long-term persistence of cardiac insufficiency.	—
