Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Age between 18 and 65 Years . diagnosis of a borderline personality disorder and a comorbid substance use disorder according to DSMV or ICD 10 - Fully informed consent - valid written reconnoitring . sufficient ability to communicate with the study staff and to answer questions respectivly to answer questionnaires

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - age 65 years - In women: Pregnancy - floride psychotic symptoms - severe neurological diseases - Capacity for consent lacking in patients - whem the requested written informed consent for study participation does not exist - severe somatic diseases which make a participation in in the trauma informed Hatha yoga sessions unpossible - diseases affecting the endogenous steroid system . actual medication with steroids

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Measurement of the stress level using cortisol and ACTH plasma concentrations at the beginning of the therapy and at the end of the therapy 12 weeks later.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Improvement of psychopathological symptoms from the beginning of the therapy to the end of the therapy 12 weeks later using the following questionnaires: STAI SASKO PSS BSL 23
