Inclusion criteria: Pancreatic surgery indicated (Pylorus-Preserving Pancreaticoduodenectomy or Whipple)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: non-sinus-rhythm, contraindications for peridural anaethesia, jugular-vein-catheter or infection/colonization with musti-resistant pathogens
