Group 1: 400 patients are recruited via media, announcement in various pain-ambulances and analyses of clinic internal databases regarding the criteria of survey inclusion. All patients who fullfill

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: •age >/= 18 years •voluntariness •verbal declaration of consent after telephone enlightenment •sufficient knowledge of German language •>/= 7 days stay on an intensive care unit and at least 3 days of ventilation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: •employees of the principal investigator or of the establishment, who/which is involved in trial •participants who are not enlightenment capable because of verbal, psychic or somatic reasons •missing declaration of consent
