Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18-80 years 2. Sex: male and female 3. no restriction on body weight 4. Indication: severe asthma bronchiale (definition according to ERS = European Thoracic SocietyATS=American Thoracic Society), GINA (Global Initiative for Asthma) stages 4-5 5. Declaration of consent by signed informed consent

Exclusion criteria: 1. Chronic obstructive bronchitis (COPD) 2. Collagonia, autoimmune diseases 3. Lack of written consent or approval
