Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Community-dwelling older adults visiting an outpatient physiotherapy practice

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindication for mobilization 2. No consent for participation 3. Blindness 4. Deafness 5. German language skills that are not sufficient for comprehension of instructions 6. Insufficient ability to give informed consent (insufficient cognitive and verbal abilities, e.g. severe dementia, severe dysphasia, severe aphasia) 7. Acute infections 8. Acute illness 9. Scheduling difficulties

MeasureTime frame
The aim of this study is to examine the criterion validity (diagnostic test accuracy) of the following measurement instruments (index tests) as frailty screening tools in community-dwelling older adults: De Morton Mobility Index (DEMMI), Short Physical Performance Battery (SPPB), Timed Up And Go Test (TUG), Tinetti Test, Gehgeschwindigkeit, Groningen Frailty Indikator (GFI), PRISMA 7 Fragebogen, FRAIL Scale und SHARE-Frailty Instrument (SHARE-FI). Reference-tests (frailty present or absent): Physical Frailty Phenotype (=3 criteria positive) [Fried 2001] and Frailty Index (=0,25) [Mitnitski 2001].
