MeasureTime frame
The goal of the planned study is to raise psychosocial, existential and spiritual needs in the course of the treatment, in particular with regard to possible weight changes of the respective needs in order to be able to identify individual support possibilities by the therapeutic team, pastoral care and relatives. We shall examine the relationship between psychosocial and spiritual needs on the one hand, as well as individual resources and quality of life / satisfaction on the other. Quality of life / satisfaction: - EORTC QLQ C-30 / BR23 side effects - BMLSS - BMLSS-T - positive living conditions (ePLC) - escape from illness (escape) Needs and resources - SpNQ - IIQ - SPREUK-15 - Resource self-definition (free-text field) Data collection (questionnaires) all items at 4 time points: 1) before the first cycle of chemotherapy 2) after approximately 3 months of chemotherapy 3) after approximately 4.5 months of chemotherapy 4) catamnesis 3 months after the end of chemotherapy
