Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - CPR following cardiac arrest of any cause, in- or out-of-hospital - age > 18 years - duration of CPR of at least 5 minutes - selenium administration in therapeutic dosage of any cause within 72 hours after ROSC

Exclusion criteria

Primary endpoint: Course of selenium plasma levels in resuscitated patients on day 1, 2, 3 after CPR
