Group 1: We intend to monitor the bispectral(BIS) index continuously in both cerebral hemispheres in order to analyze side-dependent asymmetry of BIS index and EEG-parameters during total intravenous

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who receive a total intravenous anesthesia during an otorhinolaryngology operation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Neurological and/or psychiatric diseases, drug/alcoholic abuse or medication addiction, agreement denied, age under 18 years, propofol allergy, no knowledge of the German language, being left-handed.
