Group 1: In total 48 patients will be enrolled in the study. For these patients bone metabolism is examined by two competitive hybrid systems (SPECT/CTs). The system used for the clinically indicated

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: • Presence of an indication for bone scintigraphy in malignancy • Patient age > 18 years • normal renal function • No contraindications for a second examination sequence (e.g., claustrophobia, poor general state)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: • no compliance for the second examination • Suspected of benign bone disease
