Conditions

Patients (male/female) with proven mutations in BRCA-1 gene (chromosome 17) and/or BRCA-2 (chromosome 13) either with or without manifest tumor disease (ICD10 Z15.01) C50.9

Interventions

Group 1: 6 Weeks Intervention. HIRT + HIT high intensity endurance and resistance training. HIRT: high intensity resistance training >80% of 1-RM, 8-12 repetitions, 2 sets
2 days per week (combined with and after HIT) HIT: high intensity endurance training at >90% VO2max, 10 min warm up (50 % VO2max), 10 x 1min > 90% VO2max, 3 min cool down at 50% VO2 max.
3 days per week, two days supervised, one day free training. Group 2: 6 Weeks Intervention. LIA - Low Impact Aerobic: stretching, breathing and relaxation exercises. one set 60 min duration, 3 times

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: verified BRCA mutation, no acute malignant tumor therapy; last medical intervention > 3 months ago, signed consense agreement of participant

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: additional physical exercise training of both study arms; other diseases preventing to join the exercise program; other factors preventing communication (language barriers or psychological disorders); pregnany of women
