Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - clinical paresis of the lower limb - shortening of the previously mentioned leg < 3 cm - instability of the knee joint - no previous orthosis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - secondary disease with another gait disorder - ankylosis in the leg with the prospective orthosis - instability of walk more than 10m

Primary

MeasureTime frame
surface EMG and muscle strength degree at the beginning of baseline (t0), after six mounths baseline (t1), after one week (t2) and after six mounths therapy (t3)
