Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Group 1: Participation in a manager training concerning mental health in the survey period Group 2: Attendance at the psychosomatic consultation-hour in the survey period Group 3: Involvement in the implementation process of the inter-ventions Group 4: employees of the company

Exclusion criteria: participants of firms not included in the agreement

MeasureTime frame
Data will be collected at three different measurement dates T1 (di-rectly before/after the intervention), T2 (3 months follow-up) und T3 (12 months follow-up). Group 1 (T1 & T3): Changes in the participant’s knowledge and atti-tudes concerning mental illness via questionnaire (MAKS, Soziale Distanzskala, Einzelitems) and personal experiences with the imple-mentation process (qualitative interview) Gruppe 2 (T1, T2 & T3): Identification of changes since the consulta-tion hour (concerning the illness’ severity, life quality and work abil-ity) - via questionnaire (WAI, PHQ, SF-12, MABI, IS) and personal experiences with the implementation process (qualitative inter-view). Group 3 (T3): personal experiences with the implementation process (qualitative interview)

MeasureTime frame
Additionally collected data: Group 1 (T1 & T3): Changes of the participant‘s job situation, work-load and the health situation. Via questionnaires (ERI, SF-12, PHQ-9, IS). Group 2 (T1, T2 & T3): patient satisfaction and changes in the partici-pant’s attitudes concerning mental illness. Via questionnaires (ZUF-8).
