Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Male and female patients aged =18 years • Known chronic inflammatory disease (> 3 months) • belonging to a collective A) CED with moderate - high clinical activity B) CED in Remission • Written consent of the patient after clarification

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Compulsive disorder, which according to the physician's opinion significantly limits the physical activity (eg, cardiopulmonary, movement apparatus) • Diseases which do not allow the person concerned to assess the nature and scope and possible consequences of the clinical trial • Signs that the patient is unlikely to comply with the protocol (eg lack of co-operation)

Survey of the quality of life under CED with the questionnaire IBD-Q. Assessment of nutritional habits using the nutritional questionnaire DEGS-FFQ. Collection of habitual physical activity using the Freiburg questionnaire on physical activity.	—
