Group 1: Efficiency of a digital spine registry to collect medical history, patient-reported outcome measurements via iPad App, surgery forms via web interface

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with back pain and spine disease of any kind

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients who were unable to read and understand the German language and patients under the age of 18 years.

Design outcomes

Primary

Measure	Time frame
Primary outcome is the successful collection of medical history, COMI for neck pain or back pain and EQ-5D via iPad as well as the successful collection of surgery forms via web interface for doctors.	—

Secondary outcome is the patient's satisfaction ("System Usability Scale" and overall patient satisfaction on VAS 0-10)	—
