Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Is it possible to reduce craving and relapse to anew alcohol consumption via a calcium diatry supplement in alcohol-addicts? The primary goal is the relapse and the second goal is craving. Patients are asked to write down their daily volume intake via a drink protocol. Moreover the have to documentate alcohol consumption (relapse) and beverage type. With or without relapse to a alcohol consumption, the survey duration is 2 month. In these 2 month there are 5 measure days (day 1, 7, 14, 28, 60). Craving is measured via the OCDS (Obsessive-Compulsive Drinking Scale) and VAS (visual analog scale).

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Is there an association between volume-regulating peptides (ANP and vasopressin) and calcium balance? Via blood withdrawal at 5 differnt time points, volume-regulating peptides (ANP and vasopressin) will be measured.
