MeasureTime frame
Weight loss: Data gathered by weighing the Intervention participants before and after the 12-week program.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Based on the first elicitation at the start of the intervention and the second measurements at the end of the intervention the development of following variables is analysed: Abdominal girth - measurements taken with casual Prym measuring tape; Blood pressure and resting heart rate - measurements taken with Omron M500 blood pressure monitor Body fat percentage - measurements taken with Omron BF511 body weight scale
