Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Mamma-Carzinoma in female Patients, max. 6 months after medicinical treatment • written and valid decleraton of agreement of the patient • Age > 18 Jahre • Hb > 9 g/dl • EF > 60% • FEV1 > 50%

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Metastasis • Chemotherapie/Operation not longer as 6 months in the past • Heavy internistic, neurologic or orthopedic affection, which not allow any sport activities • Heart insufficiency (NYHA III-IV) • Respiratory Partial- oder Globalinsufficiency • Thrombozytopenia <10.000/µl, e.g. Autoimmunthrombozytopenia • Hereditary or acquired Thrombozytopathy or coagulation disturbance • Symptomatic coronary heart disease • Heavy Hypertonia • COPD • cerebral spasms • Heavy psychologic illness • Physical or psychologic constitution which exclude the patient from the sport intervention or no singed decleration of agreement • missing willingess for saving peronal data • Participation at a sportive study

MeasureTime frame
The measurement of the primary endpoint (quality of life) was evaluated using the EORTC (European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer) Quality-of-Life Questionnaire “QLQ-C30” and “BR 23“ at Baseline, after 12 (T1), 24 (T2), 28 (T3), 40 (T4) and 52 Wochen (T5).

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The secondary outcomes were Stressmenagement (measured with Perceived Stress Questionnaire 20), level of physical activity (measured with Global Physical Activity Questionnaire - WHO), fear and depression (measured with Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale) and self-efficacy (measured with Allgemeine Selbstwirksamkeitserwartung). All outcomes should be measured at baseline, at the end of week 12 (T1), 24 (T2), 28 (T3), 40 (T4) and 52 (T5).
